Orbi Continental is a two-tower complex of 55 and 37 floors on Batumi's first coastline near Rustaveli Avenue and 6 May Park, about 50 m from the beach. The towers share a podium whose first 7 floors hold restaurants, cafes, spa and pools, conference rooms, an event hall, a shopping mall, casino and parking; about 1,700 units of 25-60 m2 are sold fully furnished. Construction is ongoing as of September 2026 with no published completion date.
