Orbi Millennium is a new Orbi Group project on Batumi's New Boulevard waterfront, about 50 m from the sea, designed by the British firm Wilkinson Eyre. It consists of four blocks: three residential/hotel buildings of about 25 floors with over 500 studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, and a commercial block with retail; total area exceeds 60,000 m2. Amenities include indoor and panoramic outdoor pools, spa and aqua centre, fitness club, rooftop restaurants and bars, conference halls, children's areas and underground parking. Completion is announced for late 2027 (September-December 2027 per listings); the project is in pre-sale.
