Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what data the AI MAP platform collects, how we use it, where it is stored, and how to contact us. This is a v1 draft; the document undergoes legal review before public launch.
What data we collect
We collect: your email address and account details when you register; the content of your listings (property attributes, price, photos, address, and cadastral code); anonymous product analytics about how the service is used (via PostHog); technical error telemetry (via Sentry); and the documents you upload to verify a company or to file an ownership claim (for example, a registry extract and an identity document).
Where data is hosted
Account, listing, and uploaded file data are hosted on Supabase infrastructure in the European Union region (eu-central-1). Documents uploaded for verification and claims are kept in a private, access-restricted storage bucket.
Data retention
We keep account and listing data for as long as your account or listing is active. Documents uploaded for company verification and ownership claims are stored in a private bucket for as long as needed for moderation and verification. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
