These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AI MAP platform. This is a v1 draft; the document undergoes legal review before public launch.
Service description
AI MAP is a real-estate aggregator for Georgia where every active listing is geo-pinned on an interactive map and deduplicated by cadastral code. Each listing represents a unique property.
Listing rules
Only one active listing per property (by cadastral code) is allowed — for all user types. Listings pass manual moderation before publication. We may reject or unpublish any listing that violates these Terms.
Limitation of liability
AI MAP verifies documents submitted for company verification and ownership claims, but is NOT a party to and does not act as a guarantor of transactions between users. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party listing information and are not liable for the outcome of deals concluded between users.
