Alto is a monolithic-frame residential tower of about 20 floors with 168 apartments at 17-23a Catholicos Abraham I Street in the Saburtalo district of Tbilisi. Construction started in Q4 2024 and completion is scheduled for Q4 2028. Studios (39 m2), 2-room (43-60 m2) and 4-room (90 m2) apartments have 3 m ceilings, enlarged glazing and green-frame finish. The complex features brick and decorative plaster facades, a 3-level underground garage for 65 cars, a gated landscaped courtyard with a children's zone, concierge and 24/7 security.
