Avlabari Residence 2 is a low-rise residential complex by Mylin Group at 17 Iustine Abuladze Street in the Zemo Avlabari part of the Isani district, Tbilisi, on a hillside with views of the Old Town and Mtatsminda and a 5-minute walk from 300 Aragveli metro. It consists of three blocks (C, D, E) of 5-7 floors with about 109 apartments from 1-bedroom units to large 4-6-room flats of 120-184 m2, delivered in black frame with ceilings up to 3 m. Amenities include a gated landscaped courtyard, underground parking, children's playground, sports ground and barrier-free access. Blocks C and D were completed in Q3 2025 and Block E in Q2 2026.
