Buknari is a seaside residential resort by Lisi Development in the village of Tsikhisdziri (Buknari) near Kobuleti, about 15-19 km from Batumi, set 10-50 m from the Black Sea. The first phase consists of two 10-storey monolithic-frame blocks with 192 apartments of 35 to 70 sq m (hotel-style, white-frame or furnished), master-planned with Architects of Invention on a 9-hectare low-density site. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, beach club, padel court, restaurants, gym, underground parking and 24/7 security. Block A was completed in Q4 2025; Block B started in Q2 2026 with completion targeted for Q3 2028.
