m² at Mirtskhulava is a large residential complex by m² in Tbilisi's Didube district near the Mtkvari river, a 10-minute walk from Didube metro and bus station. It comprises 10 monolithic-frame blocks of 14 to 25 floors with 2,166 apartments of 40 to 160 sq m and 3 m ceilings. Amenities include 340 underground and 183 surface parking spaces, a 4,500 sq m landscaped courtyard with playgrounds and sports fields, and a backup generator. Eight blocks are delivered (Block 1 in Q4 2025) and the last two blocks are under construction with delivery expected in 2026.
