Kindzmarauli Anko is a residential project by Anko Real Estate at Kindzmarauli 2nd Lane, 17 (Samgori, Tbilisi). It has 12–14 floors, 120 apartments, monolithic-frame construction, ceiling height 3.0 m, apartments delivered in green frame condition. Per anko.ge the Samgori complex ('Anko Samgori') consists of three blocks: Block 1 at Kindzmarauli 2nd Lane 17 (110 apartments, 2 commercial units, 8,325 m², completed 2024, sold out), Block 2 at Kindzmarauli 2nd Lane 15 (143 apartments, 3 commercial units, 11,535 m², completed 2025, sold out) and Block 3 'Anko Samgori 3 – Park on Kindzmarauli' at Kindzmarauli 2nd Lane 5 (231 apartments, 20,000 m², two-level closed parking, 3,000 m² recreation zone covering 70% of the plot, energy-efficient, 30-month build, completion 2027). A 2023 press release says the 13-storey block is financed with Bank of Georgia (total cost USD 4.2 M) and includes open parking, playgrounds and 2,400 m² of recreation space.
